At Liberal Jewellery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your piece isn't perfect, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it remains in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place your jewellery in its original branded packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans verify the item's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
